Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Carrier & Fulfillment

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Santa Ana, California. We do our best to ensure all orders are packed carefully and dispatched promptly.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order at checkout. All orders are estimated to arrive within 5 to 8 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by DUAA.

Delivery Times

All shipping times are estimates and are subject to change. DUAA is not responsible for delays caused by carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or any other circumstances outside of our control. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, DUAA is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages and customers are encouraged to contact FedEx directly for any carrier related issues.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time DUAA ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to US territories. Orders placed with addresses outside of these regions will be cancelled and refunded.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order please contact us at support@duaa.us.
