Colors and product details displayed on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography and display settings. Prices are listed in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise. DUAA reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.
6. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders are not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email. Payment is charged at the time of purchase. DUAA reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. DUAA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. DUAA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier, and customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for claims. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by DUAA. We currently ship within the United States and international shipping availability may vary.
8. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. DUAA does not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances. To submit a damage claim, contact us at support@duaa.us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Approved exchanges are for the same item only — no substitutions or alternative products will be offered. DUAA reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above criteria. Shipping costs on exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer unless the damage was caused by DUAA. By completing a purchase on duaa.us you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
9. SMS Marketing & Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from DUAA, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional SMS and MMS messages, including but not limited to new drop announcements, restocks, exclusive offers, order updates, and shipping notifications. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from DUAA, after which you will receive one final confirmation message and no further promotional messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START or opt in again through our website. For help, reply HELP to any of our messages or contact us at the information listed below. DUAA does not share or sell your phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS communications are subject to carrier terms and applicable regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
